Job Description

                   Mechanical Assembler Needed

Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in building quality equipment? We’re looking for a motivated Mechanical Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you’ll assemble industrial machinery and components using blueprints, hand tools, and precision equipment in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys mechanical work, troubleshooting, and contributing ideas to improve processes and production efficiency.

Direct Hire | 1st Shift |
Pay:$19.00 – $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do
  • Assemble industrial machinery, equipment, and subassemblies following blueprints, manuals, and work instructions
  • Work on equipment such as punch presses, bending brakes, shears, notchers, kick presses, and roll formers
  • Align, fit, bolt, and rivet components using hand and power tools
  • Install and test moving parts including shafts, bearings, and levers
  • Perform light machine repair and rebuild work as needed
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with customer-related concerns
  • Prepare picks and support production workflow
  • Assist with gearbox and gear system assembly and alignment
  • Support testing and final inspection of completed products
  • Contribute ideas for improving work instructions and assembly processes
  • Help with additional projects and team duties as assigned
 
Tools & Equipment You’ll Use
  • Hand and power tools
  • Precision measuring and calibration equipment
  • Air tools and specialty fixtures
  • Dynafiles, presses, shears, vises, and shop equipment
(Employees may be required to provide personal tools and measuring equipment.)

What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1–3 years of practical trades or mechanical assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, charts, and specifications
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments and shop math
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic wiring knowledge is a plus
