When our Founder and CEO, Darlene Furst, started the business, she had two young kids. As a working mother, she understood the importance of offering a flexible work environment. Our staffing agency culture offers flexibility so our team can fulfill responsibilities such as taking children to appointments or other important personal duties. In 1971, we only did direct hire placements, but our happy clients asked us for help filling temporary roles in their organizations. Of course!
