Health Plan Premium Assistance Once you’ve worked 250 hours with FurstStaffing and are enrolled in either the Max 5000 Lite or Max 5000 Lite + MEC plan, you’ll receive an $8 per week reimbursement to help offset your weekly premium deduction. It’s our way of making your health coverage even more affordable while you are part of the Furst team. When does coverage begin? Open enrollment runs each fall (end of August to September and when you are onboarding to FurstStaffing. Should you choose to enroll, your coverage begins the Monday after you see your first deduction on your paycheck. How do I locate providers in the Hooray Health Network? A sample of providers includes Concentra Urgent Care, CVS minute clinic, WellNow/Physician’s Immediate Care, and more. Providers can be found using the “Provider Look-Up” feature on the Hooray Health App or by going to myhoorayhealth.com/providers/ What if I am being hired into the client company where I am working but insurance doesn’t start right away? Once you start with the client company, you will have four (4) weeks where you can make direct payments to Hooray Health to continue coverage.

Holiday Pay
You will receive 8 hours of holiday pay for the following holidays if you have worked at least 1,000 hours in the two years prior to the holiday and have worked the full scheduled day before and after the holiday.

Referral Bonus
We are hiring AWESOME every day! YOU are awesome, which means you must have awesome friends and family! Here’s your chance to refer a friend and earn cash – at least $75! And if your friend goes to work for us, they earn cash, too – at least $25!*
*Bonuses are subject to approval after placement. Applicant must work a minimum of 120 hours on assignment and/or complete assignment in good standing. In addition, a new candidate is defined as anyone who has not worked for Furst in the prior six months. If a new candidate is submitted more than once as a referral, Furst will honor the first referring party only.
Employee Recognition Programs
The purpose of FurstStaffing’s employee recognition program is to say, “thank you and well done.” We enjoy recognizing our employees for being good representatives of Furst, for doing special things within our communities, and for going above and beyond.
Direct Payroll Deposit
We highly encourage employees to sign up for direct deposit. Your paycheck will be deposited at the same time each week (holidays may be an exception), and you will have an emailed record of your paystub. We also offer a Rapid Pay Card option. This saves time and helps us do what we can for the environment.
Appreciation Pay
You will receive appreciation pay once you have worked for FurstStaffing for 1,000 hours. Appreciation pay will be in the amount of $75 and will be paid to you automatically when you qualify. Benefit hours reset to zero after a gap in service of 6 weeks.
Illinois Secure Choice
The Illinois Secure Choice program is a state-sponsored retirement program that provides a Roth Individual Retirement Arrangement (IRA) to employees who do not have access to a retirement savings plan through work. It provides a simple way to automatically save a part of each paycheck into your own IRA. The account stays with you if you change jobs and allows for a customizable savings rate and investment elections to fit your savings needs.
Once you receive notification from Illinois Secure Choice, you have three options:
1. Register – After you’ve set up your account, you can customize your savings and investment elections, add beneficiaries, make a withdrawal or manage your personal information at any time.
2. Do Nothing – If no action is taken, you will be automatically enrolled with the default savings and investment elections after 30 days.
3. Opt Out – If you do not want to participate in the program, you can opt out at any time online by filling out the opt-out form or calling the Client Service Team.
