In this role, you’ll assemble industrial machinery and components using blueprints, hand tools, and precision equipment in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Pay:$19.00 – $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do
- Assemble industrial machinery, equipment, and subassemblies following blueprints, manuals, and work instructions
- Work on equipment such as punch presses, bending brakes, shears, notchers, kick presses, and roll formers
- Align, fit, bolt, and rivet components using hand and power tools
- Install and test moving parts including shafts, bearings, and levers
- Perform light machine repair and rebuild work as needed
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with customer-related concerns
- Prepare picks and support production workflow
- Assist with gearbox and gear system assembly and alignment
- Support testing and final inspection of completed products
- Contribute ideas for improving work instructions and assembly processes
- Help with additional projects and team duties as assigned
Tools & Equipment You’ll Use
- Hand and power tools
- Precision measuring and calibration equipment
- Air tools and specialty fixtures
- Dynafiles, presses, shears, vises, and shop equipment
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of practical trades or mechanical assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, charts, and specifications
- Experience using precision measuring instruments and shop math
- Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic wiring knowledge is a plus
