Job Description

              Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support customer accounts, warehouse operations, and order processing in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
  • Pay: $18.00/hour
  Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, inventory, and billing issues
  • Serve as liaison between customers, warehouse staff, and office personnel
  • Process work orders, track shipments, manage inventory records, and handle special requests
  • Verify invoices and maintain accurate documentation and reports
  • Schedule loads and ensure orders are properly closed and updated
  • Resolve refused, over, short, and damaged (OS&D) orders
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support, including phones and filing
  • Maintain professionalism, reliability, and attendance standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 0–2 years of customer service or related experience preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience handling challenging customer situations professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems preferred
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills required
  Education:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform standard office tasks
  • Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs
  • May require a visit to facility operations in temperatures at or below freezing
