Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative
to support customer accounts, warehouse operations, and order processing in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule & Pay:
- Hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Pay: $18.00/hour
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, inventory, and billing issues
- Serve as liaison between customers, warehouse staff, and office personnel
- Process work orders, track shipments, manage inventory records, and handle special requests
- Verify invoices and maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Schedule loads and ensure orders are properly closed and updated
- Resolve refused, over, short, and damaged (OS&D) orders
- Provide general clerical and administrative support, including phones and filing
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and attendance standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- 0–2 years of customer service or related experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling challenging customer situations professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems preferred
- Accurate typing and data entry skills required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform standard office tasks
- Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs
- May require a visit to facility operations in temperatures at or below freezing
