Welder/Fabricator 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a? Welder/Fabricator?to work at a local manufacturing company that is a leader in its field. This is a Furst-to-Hire position on the 1st shift, offering a lot of overtime! Hours:  5am to 3pm, M-F, and possible Saturdays 5am to 10am Pay: $18-$24/hour DOE 

Welder/Fabricator Responsibilities: 

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment 

• Perform MIG, TIG welding 

• Fabricate & build products based on welding blueprints 

• Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of equipment 

• Account for and dispose of scrap metal 

• Complete welding, assembly, and fabricating 

• Communicate with management and team 

Welder/Fabricator Requirements: 

• High School diploma or GED 

• Prior MIG, TIG & Fabrication experience required 

• Ability to read Welding Blueprints  

• Assembly experience 

• Knowledge of steel fabricating 

• Good math and measuring skills, including ability to convert fractions to decimals 

• Excellent communication skills
