We are currently hiring   Material Laborers  on 1st shift and  Material Laborers  on 2nd shift to step into an exciting new role within our production process. This position will evolve as we refine and launch a new workflow, offering a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and being part of process improvements. 

Schedule: 

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm 

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:30pm–3:00am 

Pay: 

• 1st Shift: $18.50/hour 

• 2nd Shift: $20.25/hour  

Position Overview: 

This role functions primarily as Assembly & Part Presentation. Applicants should be comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, open to change, and willing to learn a new process as it develops. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Unbox and unpackage incoming parts 

• Prepare materials for use on the production line 

• Ensure all parts are staged, organized, and ready for production 

• Rotate into assembly work as needed 

• Operate a forklift occasionally (training provided if needed) 

• Maintain a clean and safe work area 

Qualifications: 

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred 

• Ability to lift and move materials safely 

• Willingness to learn a new role and adapt to process changes 

• Forklift experience a plus 

• Strong attention to detail and reliability
