Machine Operators – 3rd Shift 

We have an immediate need for experienced  Machine Operators  to join our client’s 3rd shift.  These are Furst-to-Hire opportunities!  The company is growing, and we want YOU to be part of their growth.  Training will take place on 1st shift for 4-6 weeks, then transition to 3rd shift and an increase for shift differential. 

Hours:  11pm to 7am, Sun-Thurs 

Pay:  $19/hour while training on 1st shift, then increase to $21/hour when move to 3rd 

Machine Operators Responsibilities: 

• Operate various CNC machines 

• Setup CNC machining centers and lathes 

• Program and properly use gauging to verify dimensions to blueprint 

• Load and unload equipment and materials 

• Perform critical quality checks, using various types of gauges 

Machine Operator Requirements: 

• Mechanical aptitude 

• Basic math skills 

• Prior CNC Machine Operation Experience Preferred-but not required 

• Knowledge and understanding of G codes 

• Must possess strong basic math skills 

• Knowledge of machine maintenance and operation 

• Steel toed boots required 

• Good communication and trouble shooting skills 

• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs., will use hoist for any parts heavier than 35 lbs.
