Machine Operators – 2nd Shift 

We have an immediate need for experienced  Machine Operators  to join our client’s 2nd shift.  These are Furst-to-Hire opportunities!  The company is growing, and we want YOU to be part of their growth.  Training will take place on 1st shift for 4 to 6 weeks, then transition to 2nd shift and an increase for shift differential. 

Hours:  2pm to 11pm, Mon-Fri 

Pay: $19/hour for training, then $21/hour when move to 2nd shift 

Machine Operators Responsibilities: 

• Operate various CNC machines 

• Setup CNC machining centers and lathes 

• Program and properly use gauging to verify dimensions to blueprint 

• Load and unload equipment and materials 

• Perform critical quality checks, using various types of gauges 

Machine Operator Requirements:  

• Mechanical aptitude 

• Basic math skills 

• Prior CNC Machine Operation Experience Preferred-but not required 

• Knowledge and understanding of G codes 

• Must possess strong basic math skills 

• Knowledge of machine maintenance and operation 

• Steel toed boots required 

• Good communication and trouble shooting skills 

• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs., will use hoist for any parts heavier than 35 lbs.
