Front Desk Intake Eligibility Specialist
Our client is seeking a friendly, approachable, and service-minded Front Desk Intake Eligibility Specialist to join their team on first shift. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working independently, yet always willing to support others and lend a hand when needed. A warm, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for helping limited- and low-income households are essential. Strong customer service, math, and computer skills are required. This role is highly rewarding, with daily opportunities to interact with clients both in person and over the phone. Previous non-profit experience is a plus. This is a Furst-to-Hire opportunity.
Hours:
8:30am–5:00pm M/W/F
8:30am–6:00pm T/Th
Pay: $19.00/hour

Front Desk Intake Eligibility Specialist Responsibilities:
• Warmly greeting clients in person and creating an approachable, welcoming environment
• Processing applications to determine eligibility for energy assistance
• Answering incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Collaborating with community agencies
• Attending community events as needed
Front Desk Intake Eligibility Specialist Requirements:
• Friendly, approachable demeanor and strong customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Willingness to help clients, coworkers, and community partners
• Computer and math proficiency
• Outgoing personality
• Previous non-profit experience is a plus
