Iron Worker Assembly 

We have Furst-to-Hire opportunity for an  Iron Worker Assembler  working at a local manufacturing facility.  In this role you will be responsible for assembling Iron Worker machines and related products.  Previous experience is preferred, but our client is willing to train a qualified individual with strong mechanical aptitude.  Previous or current trade school training is helpful. 

Hours:  6am to 4:30pm 

Pay: $20-$21/hour 

Iron Worker Assembly Responsibilities: 

• Build products using photos, blueprints, engineering sketches and verbal instructions 

• Utilize hand tools, power tools and air tools 

• Operate overhead cranes and proper rigging or lifting devices 

• Operate a forklift 

• Maintain a clean work area - good housekeeping  

Iron Worker Assembly Requirements: 

• Some basic welding experience 

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions 

• High school diploma or GED 

• Ability to work under limited supervision 

• Crane operator experience
