My mom always said, “Always tell the truth. That way you don’t have to remember anything.” I later learned this was a quote from Mark Twain. Two incredibly sensible people!

What do you enjoy most about your work?

I always say that I have the best job in the place. One reason is because I have the opportunity to meet and work with every single employee, regardless of their branch or position. I love that!
