The schedule for Production Workers is: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm + OT and some Saturdays
No experience is necessary, as we are willing to train the right person.
The Production Workers are responsible for working in a variety of cheese making production functions to ensure continuous and efficient line operation. The Production Worker will also be involved in clean up and sanitation duties as well.
The ideal candidate for the Production Worker role must be:
Flexible, able to work both independently and in a team environment
Demonstrate a sense of responsibility and time management skills in performing their job functions
Must be able to bend, lift, twist and move up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand and/or walk through entire shift
