FurstStaffing is seeking Material Handlers to support warehouse and production operations. The role is approximately 90% manual material handling(binning, picking, and supplying production lines with materials) and 10% forklift operation. Forklift experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. The ideal candidate should be dependable, safety-conscious, team-oriented, and comfortable with physically demanding work in a warehouse environment.
Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM (2nd Shift)
Pay:$20.25/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, move, stack, and organize materials and finished goods
- Supply production lines with materials
- Perform inventory counts and barcode scanning
- Use ERP/MRP systems for inventory transactions
- Package, crate, wrap, and prepare shipments
- Process parcel shipments through FedEx and UPS
- Load and unload trucks and move pallets to shipping areas
- Conduct quality inspections
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Support shipping schedules and team goals
- 1–3 years of warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Familiarity with inventory, shipping, packaging, and barcoding systems
- Ability to safely lift, move, and stack materials
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime
- Forklift certification or experience is a plus
