Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift | Shullsburg, WI
Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting and keeping equipment running at peak performance? We're looking for a hands-on problem solver to join a growing manufacturing team in Shullsburg, WI.
Pay:$23.80–$33.80/hour (DOE)
Schedule:
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM + Overtime Available
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain production equipment
- Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns
- Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, refrigeration, welding, steam, and water systems
- Maintain facility buildings and grounds
- Ensure safety, sanitation, quality, and GMP standards are met
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in industrial maintenance
- PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance preferred
- Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends
