Schedule
- Thursday through Sunday
- 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
As a Manufacturing Sanitation Crew Member, you will:
- Perform overhead dusting and cleaning
- Clean machinery and equipment while following safety procedures
- Operate manual floor-scrubbing equipment on the production floor
- Clean doors, drains, and other facility areas
- Maintain organized cleaning supply and storage areas
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members
Candidates must be able to:
- Stand for the duration of the shift (excluding breaks)
- Lift up to 42 pounds
- Reach, bend, twist, push, pull, and climb stairs
- Perform work above shoulder height
- Safely perform overhead cleaning using a 4-foot ladder with side rails
- Work in environments containing dust and starch particles
- Tolerate hot and humid conditions
- Follow chemical safety and cleaning procedures

Opportunity for Advancement
This position is assigned to Perfetti Van Melle (PVM). During your assignment, PVM will evaluate your reliability, performance, and overall fit. Employees who consistently meet expectations may be considered for hire into a Generalist position with a starting wage of $21.00 per hour.
Generalists perform a variety of duties, including:
- Machine operation
- Material handling
- Production support activities
Compensation is based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Eligible employees may also receive:
