Technician – Assembly & Production

Our client is seeking dependable individuals for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with tools, assembling products, and performing production work.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble and assemble small to mid-sized plastic components
- Hand route plastic parts
- Load parts into routing tables
- Deburr plastic components to meet quality standards
- Use calipers and other measuring tools to verify specifications
- Operate basic hand tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, punches, and utility knives
- Follow work instructions and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Ability to safely use basic hand tools
- Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are KEY
- Ability to stand for most of the shift
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 to 40 lbs.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Overtime currently available
- Overtime hours may begin as early as 6:00 AM
- Occasional Saturday work may be required
Additional Requirements
- Facility works on government-regulated products
- Pre-employment drug screen, including THC, required
- Criminal background check required
