We are a growing investment management firm seeking a professional, organized, and client-focused Client Services Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service while supporting advisors with administrative, operational, and office management responsibilities.

Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Summer Fridays (Memorial Day–Labor Day): 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Compensation
- $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience

- Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer phones, emails, and client inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate client appointments, calendars, and meeting preparation.
- Prepare client review materials and process paperwork.
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM data.
- Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, document management, and correspondence.
- Manage front desk operations, conference rooms, office supplies, mail, and general office organization.
- Support advisors with administrative projects and day-to-day operations.
- 1–3+ years of experience in client service, administrative support, banking, insurance, wealth management, or a similar professional office environment.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams); CRM experience preferred.
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Financial services experience is a plus but not required.
