Appliance Sales Manager
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Appliance Sales Manager
to lead sales performance, strengthen vendor partnerships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from showroom to installation. This role is ideal for a driven retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships, leading sales initiatives, and helping customers find the right solutions for their homes.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings
Hours scheduled between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM to be determined
Compensation & Benefits:
- $25/hour base pay

- Achieve sales goals and monitor sales performance metrics
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated concerns
- Promote warranties, installation services, and accessories
- Maintain showroom presentation and coordinate inventory/special orders
- Build vendor relationships and stay current on product knowledge
- Prepare sales reports and support store initiatives
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of customer service experience
- 1–3+ years of supervisory or management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM/POS systems preferred
- Appliance industry or premium brand experience is a plus
Work Environment:
Retail showroom environment with frequent standing, walking, and customer interaction.
