Qualifications:
? 3-5 years’ co-packaging sales and 3PL client experience and knowledge preferred
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to sales performance, team dynamics, and customer interactions
? Excellent verbal and written communication
? Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
? Microsoft Word/Excel proficiency
? Ability to multi-task or change priorities as needed
? Must be able to travel
? Positive attitude
? Bachelor’s degree PREFERRED
Typical responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clients’ requirements are met
- Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs
- Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in warehousing, fulfillment and logistics
- Negotiate contracts
- Collect and analyze sales data and trends
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to Company standards
- Work with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products
- Attend trade shows
- Additional duties as required
Wage:
Annual Salary $50,000/year with Commission 2.5% Gross Profit
